Shipping & Returns
Bloom & Co ships Australia wide using Australia Post Service or TNT. We currently do not ship to any addresses outside Australia.
Shipping is calculated based on the total size and weight of your order.
You should receive your order in 3 - 10 working days, depending on your location.
All consignments are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.
If there is no one available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card with pick up information. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during their normal opening hours.
Change of Mind
If you receive an item that you realise is not suitable, Bloom & Co are happy to offer an exchange or an in-store credit. Bloom & Co do not offer refunds on change of mind. In order to return an item you will need authorisation from Bloom & Co. Please contact us on 03 9397 0022 or via email within 7 days of receiving the item. Once you receive authorisation from Bloom & Co, you can post your item/s back to below address, in its original & resalable condition. Any postage charges for the return of the item must be paid by you. Once we receive your return we will post your replacement or issue a store credit (less your original postage charge if applicable).
Product Damaged or Faulty
Bloom & Co do their best to quality check and to pack products to a high standard. If you do unfortunately receive your order and a product is damaged or faulty please contact us on 03 9397 0022 or via email so we can organise the prompt refund or replacement of the item.
